After drying a new-born baby, the Apgar score is used in the initial assessment of the well-bing of the neonate. It is repeated at 5 minutes and 10 minutes after birth.

You must give information about all five assessments - pulse, respirations, muscle tone, colour and suction - in order to determine an Apgar score for this neonate.
